Rogers & Vaughan, manufacture an extensive range of beds primarily for use in Hotels, Universities, Hostels, Health Care & Local Authority sectors, we also manufacture a stylish collection of luxury mattresses and bed bases which are available through a select number of furniture retailers within the UK.

We are a bespoke manufacturer which means that we can work to our clients own specifications. This service is available for both commercial and domestic companies. We already have contracts with a wide range of major retail and hotel groups.

Our time served craftsman have created a superb range of beds tailored to suite all our clients’ individual requirements for quality & comfort.

We manufacture our own springs in house using the finest steel; this enables us to guarantee the finished quality and durability of the finished product.

Our Master mattress makers use some of the most luxurious filling materials available in bed making today; combining Luxurious Lambs Wool, Cashmere & Silk, Pure White Cotton Felt, skilfully blended to create the ultimate sleeping environment.
